For most basements, yes. Same-day or next-day clearouts available. We have five two-hour appointment windows throughout the day: 7am-9am, 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, and 3pm-5pm on weekdays. Heavy items are included in the same volume estimate, with no extra per-item charges, so a treadmill or a cast-iron boiler does not change how the job is priced. We bring the equipment and the crew strength to get awkward loads up basement stairs and through narrow doorways without damaging the walls or the treads on the way out.

Cardboard and materials that have gotten wet are disposed of responsibly rather than sent to donation centers, since nobody can reuse them. Anything still in salvageable condition is separated out and goes to local donation centers when possible. We make those sorting calls during the job itself, as the boxes come off the shelves and out of the corners. You do not have to open soggy boxes, decide what is worth keeping, or drag anything into a pile before the crew arrives.
