What We Tear Down & Remove
How It Works
Tell us what you want torn down: a shed, a deck, a fence line. Size, material, and whether there's anything attached underneath.
We inspect the structure, check for complications, and give you a firm quote. We'll clarify what's scope and what requires a contractor.
Pick your day (same-day or next-day usually available). Clear the area if you can, or we'll work around it.
We dismantle the structure, break it into manageable pieces, load everything, and haul it away. Yard left clean.

Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as light demolition?
Light demolition is small, non-structural teardown: wooden sheds, fence sections, small decks, playground equipment, gazebos, shade structures, and similar items. Interior drywall and small concrete pads also fall into our scope. Anything that stands alone without supporting the load of your home or building qualifies. We arrive, assess the structure's materials and attachment method, then dismantle it into manageable pieces for loading. If you're unsure whether a project fits, describe it and we'll let you know if we can handle it. We're honest about scope boundaries and won't take on work that requires structural engineers or licensed contractors.
Do you disconnect gas or electrical?
No. If a structure has gas lines, electrical, or plumbing attached, hire a licensed professional to disconnect those first before we arrive. That work is beyond our scope and requires permits we don't hold. We handle the physical removal only: dismantling the structure, breaking it into pieces, loading everything onto the truck, and hauling it away. Once utilities are safely disconnected, we take care of the rest.
What if there's concrete under the structure?
We can handle concrete removal as part of light demolition jobs like interior drywall removal or small concrete pads. Large concrete work, stamped patios that are part of the home's foundation, or structural concrete requires a concrete contractor. For your specific project, describe it and we'll assess whether it's within scope.
What about the cost?
Cost depends on size, material, and accessibility from your driveway. Wooden structures cost less to remove than metal structures or complex builds. We provide a free on-site inspection and give you an exact quote before starting. Price is based on the scope and complexity, not by the hour. You see the number, understand what it covers, and decide.
Why Toss Out?
Daniel handles light demolition projects across Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. We're fast, transparent about pricing, and completely honest about scope boundaries. If the job exceeds our scope or needs a contractor, we say so upfront rather than rushing into something we shouldn't handle. That honesty protects you and keeps the project on track.
How long does a typical teardown take?
The crew gives you a time estimate along with the price at the free on-site quote. Most projects are finished in a single visit. Complex structures or difficult access require more scope, which we clarify during the assessment. We work methodically until it's completely dismantled, loaded, and hauled away. Your yard is left clean and ready for whatever comes next. We'll provide your estimate during the on-site assessment.
What happens to the material after you haul it away?
Materials in good condition go to local donation centers when possible. Metals and wood from structures are recycled through area facilities that accept them. Only what cannot be reused or recycled gets disposed of responsibly. We handle the entire process of sorting, transportation, and proper routing so you don't have to think about where everything ends up. Most demolition debris has value if it's separated correctly, and we approach every load with that in mind.
